Background

Just realized that you can put your kids on the TV stand or a stool and use the Samsung LCD TV as the perfect background for portrait photos!!

Why didn't I think of this before?

ps. if you angle it, somehow the TV surface doesn't bounce the flash.

i beg to differ - this is probably a first! this background is definitely perfect for someone with grey hair, but for the kids you need to have a light background, wouldn't you think so?

I try to use the wall.. but we get shadows or their hair that is not tightly combed sticks out and we have to photoshop it.
my logic was, if the background is black, then their face stands out and the hair just blends into the background.

:)

you are right. for gray haired folks this would work really well.

that picture with the wall background is very nice :-).

now i get your logic of shadows on the walls and also about the hair. either way, ultimately it is what *you* want that matters - there are critics galore in this world; you cannot possibly cater to everyone :-).
